Hotel Reservations

All individuals must be registered for the Congress before reserving a hotel room in the NBCC block at the Gaylord National Resort & Conference Center. The hotel reservation link will be sent to attendees in the registration confirmation email.

Rate: $247.94 Per Room/Per Night
This cost includes all taxes and fees, and applies to a standard king or double queen room over the Congress dates of July 19-23. Reservations outside of the group dates are subject to availability.

The deadline to make reservations at the group rate is Tuesday, June 27, 2023. After that date, rooms and rate cannot be guaranteed.

The room block will fill up! Attendees are encouraged to not wait until the deadline to book their rooms.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Guests can cancel a hotel reservation wtih no penalty 11:59 PM local hotel time up to 3 days prior to your arrival date. Please note that the Gaylord will assess a fee of one night’s room and tax if you must cancel after this deadline.

Train Travel

Amtrak offers convenient train travel to Washington, D.C. and Alexandria, VA. The historic Union Station in downtown Washington is only 10.3 miles (16.58 km) to the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center. The Amtrak station in Alexandria, VA is a 5.9 mile (9.5 km) drive to the hotel.
